Tk Bricks With Good Quality Fireproof Dense Insulation Brick Fire Clay Firebricks:
TK BRICKS PRODUCES several grades of insulating brick for use in applications frm 1260ºC to 1760ºC.
Each grade of brick is formulated to meet specific thermal and physical requirements.
After firing each brick is machined to close dimensional tolerances.
Insulating bricks are manufactured by exceptionally high purity clay and other ceramic materials.
The carefully graded organics which are used during the manufacturing process burn out during
firing to give a uniform pore structure.
WE mainly have below 3 grades for the Insulation Bricks:
1.High Alumina Insulation Brick:
High-alumina lightweight bricks are characterized by high temperature resistance,
corrosion resistance and high compressive strength. They are mainly used in ceramic tunnel kiln, roller kiln, shuttle kiln,
various heating furnaces in the steel industry, coking furnaces and other thermal equipment.
2. Fireclay Insulation Brick:
Fire Clay insulation brick is a heat-insulating refractory product made from fire clay.
Our products are produced by the method of burning added materials.
The main raw materials are refractory clay, floating beads and
flint clay powder, adding binder and sawdust.
The main processes are: compounding, mixing, forming, drying, firing, cutting and so
on. The finished product has a bulk density range of 0.6-1.5g/cm3.
